Mitsis Bali Paradise - Bali (Crete)

The hotel grounds at Mitsis in Bali are beautiful, with scenic walking paths leading to the beach. I loved the delicious buffet food. Breakfast had a variety of fresh fruit, breads, and the best bacon. The animation team engaged us with fun activities, keeping things lively. The beach service was inconvenient, with no timely responsiveness from staff. The room was cold . The heating didn't work initially, disappointing. The all-inclusive meals were great, but between-meal snack options were limited. A mixed experience, but the beautiful location and food made it nice.

Mitsis has a great location close to the sea. The food is a highlight, with authentic cretan recipes that are delicious. I indulged in a natural body scrub that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

We recently stayed at Mitsis Bali Paradise and had a fantastic experience. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were available 24/7 at the reception, making it easy to get assistance whenever we needed it. the hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from a beautiful beach, where we could enjoy free sunbeds. the room we stayed in was modern, spacious, and always kept clean. We loved the amazing view from our room, overlooking the sea and the well-maintained gardens. Another highlight was the delicious and varied breakfast buffet offered at the hotel. it was a calm and cozy place to stay, perfect for a relaxing getaway without the crowds and parties. Cons: Can't think of anything! 🤷‍♀️.

Great big hotel with a fantastic location next to the restaurant and close to Rethymnon. the rooms are modern, and the bathrooms are nice and clean with a bathtub for some relaxing soaks 🛁.

The location was perfect, super close to everything on the island! I loved that the restaurant was pretty big and the beach was right nearby too. I stayed for 3 nights and I would definitely come back here when I visit Greece again. 🌊

The hotel staff seemed aloof and uninterested in making our stay enjoyable. The room was not cleaned properly and we found towels with someone else’s hair on them. The overall service was lacking, and it put a damper on our romantic escape.

This hotel is situated in a picturesque location with sea and mountain views, and has a pool and daily entertainment. the buffet breakfast has a good selection, with attentive waiters, and daily cleaning service. the hotel has a part of the beach reserved , and kayaks and beach equipment are free to use.

Best aspects are the lovely and attentive staff, fantastic swimming pool, spacious and clean rooms, and great breakfast selection. We also enjoyed the massive grounds with plenty of on-site activities, private beach within walking distance, and private car parking.

Spending Christmas at the hotel was fantastic, the decorations and festive spirit really added to the experience. the all-inclusive package was great value for money with unlimited drinks and delicious food options. the location was also perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to many local shops and restaurants.

The hotel was very busy and at times it was difficult to find a sun lounger by the pool. Some of the guests were also very loud and inconsiderate, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
